Custom Design Process Upload your reference images and complete the project description. We'll review your request and begin designing a cutter that is both accurate and functional. Once we have a design we're happy with, we'll send you a design proof for approval before printing. After approval, we'll print and test the cutter. If adjustments are needed, we'll refine the design before producing the final version. Once everything performs as expected, we'll complete your order and ship it. Lead Time Every custom cutter is designed from scratch and made specifically for your order. Please allow approximately 1–2 weeks for design, production, and testing. More complex projects or design revisions may require additional time. Before You Order Please provide as much information as possible to help us create the best cutter for your project. A description of your design. One or more reference images (recommended). Desired finished size. Preferred finished cake pop weight (if applicable). Preferred dough thickness, if different from our standard recommendation. Unless otherwise requested, our custom cutters are designed for cake pop dough rolled to approximately 16 mm thick. The more information you provide, the better we can tailor the cutter to your decorating style. Important Information Some artwork may require minor modifications to improve cutter strength, durability, or overall performance. If design changes are necessary, we'll discuss them with you before moving forward. By submitting artwork, logos, or images, you confirm that you own the rights to use them or have permission from the copyright or trademark owner. We reserve the right to decline requests that infringe upon copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights. Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, custom designs may be added to our product catalog for future sale. Testing and Performance Every custom cutter is designed with functionality in mind and is tested before shipment. Because cake recipes, dough consistency, rolling thickness, and decorating techniques vary from one decorator to another, minor adjustments to your recipe or process may be needed to achieve the best results. Care and Cleaning Instructions Hand wash only with warm, soapy water. Do not place in the dishwasher. Do not soak for extended periods. Avoid exposure to high heat, including hot water above approximately 140°F (60°C), as this may cause the cutter to warp. Dry thoroughly before storing. Material Information Our cutters are 3D printed using FDA-listed food-safe PLA+ filament. While the material is food-contact appropriate, it should be cared for properly to ensure a long service life. Please Note Due to the nature of the 3D printing process, minor layer lines and small cosmetic variations are normal and do not affect the performance or quality of the cutter. Each custom cutter is individually designed, printed, and inspected, making every order uniquely crafted for your project.
