Artwork should be sent in black and white coloration and file format of PDF, SVG, or EPS for best results. Layered/overlapping artwork will not create a good embosser. Black will be embossed/raised on paper. We will do the best we can with the artwork you provide. You are responsible for providing the best quality that works for an embosser. If you have questions about your artwork, please email boutique@rubber-stamp.com before purchasing. Please note, artwork does not always come through when you order. We may email you after purchase requesting artwork to make your stamp. Custom Product Policy Due to our products being made-to-order, we do not accept returns.
