CushCore Tire Inserts

What Makes CushCore Tire Inserts Worth the Upgrade?CushCore Tire Inserts are a closed-cell foam insert system designed to sit inside your tubeless tire and transform how it handles impacts, vibration, and rim strikes. The foam absorbs the energy of rock hits before they reach your rim, while lateral casing support keeps the tire from folding under hard cornering loads, letting you run lower pressures with confidence instead of anxiety. The result is more grip, less chatter, and the kind of control that makes technical terrain feel manageable instead of sketchy. Available in three 29" profiles, including Pro for enduro and trail riders wanting maximum rim protection, XC for cross-country racers keeping weight in check, and Trail for the rider splitting the difference, plus a Gravel/CX version sized for 700x33-46mm tires. All variants are sold as a pair and work with standard tubeless rims and valves. If you have ever dented a rim mid-ride or chased the perfect pressure between grip and squirm, CushCore is the upgrade that delivers on both fronts.
