Curved Squat Bar

So you’ve been in the gym squatting and benching like there’s no tomorrow and hitting all the PR’s. But all that huge weight you’ve been slangin’ around is beatin’ up your shoulders & elbows.Enter the Curved Squat Bar. This isn’t just some super-bent bar. The Curved Squat Bar is strategically designed to alleviate stress from your wrists, elbows, and shoulders while squatting and benching. Similar to a traditional straight barbell, you grip the bar like a proper squat or bench but with significantly less pressure on your joints. It’s the perfect bar for off-season training and one of the best options for pushing up your volume during your competitive season without as much joint strain. And unlike a Safety Squat Bar, the Curved Squat Bar can be used for upper body movements—like the bench press! It adds several inches to your range of motion to help strengthen your press of the chest and assist with muscular development. IMPORTANT: The Curved Squat Bar is significantly longer, thicker, and heavier than a typical Olympic barbell. To avoid the bar flipping when racked, sandwich j-cups are strongly recommended.
