Two Delrin wheel assemblies with swivel hooks and trim chains pivot on formed steel body. Body pivots for use on tight curtain track curves. Used at the ends, and sometimes additionally the middle, of a backdrop to separate pull rope from backdrop as to avoid yanking on webbing. Helps prevent damage to backdrop.
