Red Fleshed Collective

USDA Certified Organic Red-fleshed apples are a unique and visually striking type of apple, characterized by their vibrant pink or red flesh, which is a result of anthocyanins, the same pigments that give red fruits and vegetables their color. These apples come in various cultivars, each with its own unique flavor profile, but generally offer a sweet and tart taste, sometimes with hints of berry or other fruits. Harvest will extend from early July through the end of October, and you'll have an abundance of tasty fruit to enjoy and share.
