Culinary Collection

Great cheese can take a good dish to the next level!  Our culinary collection contains five cheeses and eight ounces of butter that you can use in tons of different recipes and applications. These kitchen champs are often just as powerful raw as melted, especially when shaved over salads, pizzas, and sandwiches. Stock your pantry with all the essentials, or give a perfect gift to your favorite home cook! Parmigiano Reggiano - If you’re cooking good Italian food, real Parm is a must. It’s not called the King of Cheeses for nothing!  Ricotta Salata Vecchio - This American-made version of the Italian classic is perfect for grating over soup, salad, or pasta to add a salty and slightly funky kick.  Reading Raclette - This cheese is designed to melt.  Great for gratins and grilled cheese, Reading raclette is a staple, especially when paired with slightly caramelized onions.  Shelburne 2 Year Cheddar - Throw it onto a sandwich or melt it into mac and cheese!  This cheddar brings rich, savory depth to all applications. Renaissance Ricotta - In lasagna, cake, or all on its own, this ricotta is a true staple! High Lawn Sea Salted Butter - Butter is a necessity in the kitchen, so why not use the best? High Lawn Farm's Sea Salted Butter is sure to add depth to anything in your recipe box.  Contains 8 oz of butter and over 2 lbs of cheese - all of which keep for over 6 weeks when wrapped in our cheese paper!
