Cuban Spice Rub

Bring the delicious flavors of Cuba to your kitchen with our Cuban Spice Rub! Blended with cumin, chiles and spices, this rub is perfect for seasoning meat for tacos. But it doesn't stop there! We love Cuban Rub in a big pot of beans. We use it to blend our Cuban Black Bean Soup Mix. Cuban Rub is also a great choice for pork shoulder. We slow simmer the pork then load it onto our Cuban Sandwiches. This cumin-forward blend is also a great way to season salsa, guacamole and a quick sour cream sauce - add a teaspoon Cuban Rub to a half cup sour cream and use it to cool down spicy tacos.  Did you catch the episode of our podcast Smidgen where we used this blend in our Big Batch Restaurant Style Salsa?
