CellCore CT-Zyme™ Digestive & Detox Support  Support digestive function, nutrient absorption, energy production, and immunity with CT-Zyme. This proprietary blend of 11 digestive enzymes — including amylase, beta-glucanase, bromelain, and cellulase — assists the body in digesting high-fiber and nutrient-dense foods, such as beans, fruit, grains, lentils, and vegetables. Each enzyme in CT-Zyme functions at a specific pH, which makes the enzymes effective at every stage of digestion as they pass through the gastrointestinal tract. When taken with meals, CT-Zyme acts as a digestive enzyme. When taken 1-2 hours away from food, it acts as a proteolytic enzyme. With a low pH, BioActive Carbon® Technology also helps protect ingredients from being digested by stomach acid, so that they remain intact as they enter the desired location in the body. CT-Zyme is a combination of digestive enzymes powered by BioActive Carbon® Technology that provides next-level digestive support. Digestive enzymes work by breaking chemical bonds within carbohydrates, fats, and proteins to allow the body to make use of those nutrients. Healthy digestion is key for optimal nutrient uptake from food, maximizing energy levels, and maintaining a properly functioning immune system. However, the body does not naturally produce all digestive enzymes in useful amounts to fully digest consumed foods. Aging, digestive problems, specific medications, and stress can also interfere with the body’s enzyme production, making digestion more challenging.  Digestive enzymes assist with nutrient utilization and are critical to keeping the digestive tract running smoothly. Each enzyme functions at a particular pH, making this product effective at different stages of digestion as it passes through the gastrointestinal tract.
