CSE Nickel Silver Hex Checks

Please note: Hex checks tend to run slightly smaller.  The checks are stretched to shape and there can be a small amount of spring back when the checks are released.  If your rod is close, please size up.  The perfect compliment to your bamboo fly rod.  These hex shaped checks are made from Nickel silver and can be blued to match dark hardware.  These checks have a slight "step" in the base that looks great against the front of your grip.  Hex checks are sized by the corners of the check.  When measuring your blank make sure you measure "point to point" not "flat to flat". Would you like us to blue the hex check for you?  We offer the service here:  Check bluing
