Crystal Therapy Session - 1hr

This is a full 50-60 minute crystal energy session for your mental and spiritual well-being. Energy healing is a practice that is considered one of the first forms of medicine, dating back to ancient history. It’s a holistic practice that aims to activate your body’s energy systems, removing energetic blocks to allow the body to achieve optimum balance. I will incorporate crystals and sound therapy for ultimate alignment. Energy healing therapy can be particularly beneficial for those facing health challenges, mental difficulties, or emotionally-trying times. Additionally, it can serve as a complementary form of mind-body-spirit healing for individuals utilizing traditional medical care and treatments. Ultimately, energy healing aims to restore a sense of balance and physical and mental well-being by improving the flow of energy through the body. As a result, your energetic fields can function optimally, and your being can reach a higher level of vibration – and support natural healing and health.
