Saffron spice is a tiny vivid crimson thread, not much thicker than hair, with a spirit as wild as Daenerys Targaryen; and is as difficult to control as her dragons. The depth comes from Frankincense. An enigmatic gum resin that traces its roots to the Bible. It lends the warmth and comfort needed to “calm” Saffron’s ardor.    Notes include saffron blossom, amyris, cypress, incense, vanilla orchid, smoked poppy, frankincense, skin musk, and sandalwood.    A.N.
