Oyster Shell Coarse Crushed Calcium Feed for Hens or to Deter Slugs Snails

Crushed Oyster Shell is one of our most versatile natural products. This lay blend feed supplement is a great source of calcium for laying hens. It can also be used as a slug and snail barrier by spreading 3-6 inch band barrier lines around garden beds. To a lesser extent Oyster Shell’s high calcium content will help balance the soil’s pH level. For even more pH balancing capacity, we recommend amending your soil with our Oyster Shell Flour.
