Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) How does the Reserve expression differ from standard mixing rums? While honoring The Rolling Stones' connection to Jamaica, the Reserve is a more complex, small-batch blend specifically designed and aged for sipping. It features older, carefully selected aged rums that impart a deeper, richer profile of tropical fruit and classic Jamaican funk compared to standard mixing rums. Is there any added sugar in Crossfire Hurricane Reserve? No, this rum contains zero added sugar. It adheres strictly to authentic Jamaican rum-making traditions, meaning all the sweetness you taste—such as the vanilla, caramel, and tropical fruit notes—comes naturally from the premium molasses and the oak barrels used during the aging process. What is the best way to drink Crossfire Hurricane Reserve? Because of its depth and complexity, it is highly recommended to enjoy this rum neat or poured over a large ice cube to allow the tropical fruit and warm spice notes to fully develop. However, it also serves as a phenomenal base to elevate classic, spirit-forward cocktails like an Old Fashioned.
