Cross Creek - House Plan

The Cross Creek is the ultimate 4 bedroom farmhouse plan in the New England tradition.  A 3 car side entry garage provides ample room for projects. Modest front and back porches provide shelter from the elements and an inciting entry point to the home. In addition, a mud porch conveniently offers entry directly into the mud room. The inviting living room centers on a fireplace with a wrap around staircase to the second floor.  The chef's kitchen offers a walk-in pantry, sit-in island and optional wall oven.  A pleasant sunlit office space completes the first floor.  Upstairs, the primary bed suite features dual walk-in closets, a luxurious en-suite bathroom and an optionally finished bonus room.  Three additional bedrooms complete the second floor, sharing two bathrooms.
