Our cut and sew charge would be $78 with pockets, $73 without. Slits are optional, if you leave them off, subtract $4. For this style, in a 58/60" wide fabric, you need: Sizes 1x - 6x, 2 3/4" yards. Sizes 7x - 8x, 3 1/4 yards. Size 9x, 3 3/4" yards. Size 10x, 4 1/4 yards. For 44/45" wide fabric, you need 6 yards, all sizes.
