Cromal has a clean fresh taste, slightly lemony like a mild feta cheese. Perfect to crumble on salads and in omelets. Made from pasteurized cow's milk with no added cream, its crumbly texture will delight your taste buds. Best served at room temperature. 8.8 ounce wedge.
