Crispy Brisket Beef Jerky Chips | Medium Spicy

Crispy Brisket Chips are what happens when a jerky-obsessed Bay Area founder refuses to settle for bland, salty, or dry. Tony spent years dialing in a bold, Asian-inspired recipe that turns premium, thinly sliced beef brisket into a light, crunchy, flavor-packed chip—rich, savory, and ridiculously snackable. Made in small batches with our signature marinade, each piece is finished with a punch of ¼ cracked black pepper for that warm, peppery bite that pepper lovers crave.
