Creed Neroli Sauvage Eau de parfum

Creed Neroli Sauvage is a sophisticated citrus fragrance that brings together centuries of fragrance artistry and modern refinement. Released in 1994 by the House of Creed, this fragrance was designed to celebrate the vibrancy of neroli and the noble history of Mediterranean citrus. From its sparkling top notes to its elegant, musky dry-down, Neroli Sauvage captures a sense of timeless grace and gentlemanly charisma. This fragrance pays homage to the European courts of the 17th and 18th centuries, where citrus colognes were worn by nobility for their crisp, clean, and luxurious aroma. The word "sauvage," meaning wild in French, nods to the natural raw beauty of neroli—an essential oil derived from orange blossoms, cherished for its uplifting, fresh character. Creed, a house known for blending tradition with innovation, has once again delivered a scent that feels regal yet relevant, opulent yet easy to wear. Neroli Sauvage is perfect for men who appreciate clean, bright, citrus-forward compositions with a smooth and lasting finish. Fragrance Notes: Top Notes: Bergamot, Bitter Orange, Grapefruit Heart Notes: Neroli, Verbena Base Notes: Ambergris The fragrance opens with a vibrant splash of bergamot, bitter orange, and grapefruit. These bright citrus notes immediately awaken the senses and set a sunny, invigorating tone. It feels fresh, clean, and sparkling—perfect for a warm spring or summer day. At the heart of the fragrance lies the star note: neroli. Extracted from the blossoms of the bitter orange tree, neroli adds a lush, floral-citrus nuance that feels both green and luminous. A hint of verbena brings a slightly herbal, lemony edge that enhances the overall freshness of the scent. The dry-down is subtle yet captivating. Ambergris, a legendary and rare ingredient often used in Creed fragrances, lends depth, warmth, and longevity. It adds a creamy, slightly salty base that balances the sharpness of the citrus, creating a fragrance that is both refreshing and complex. Performance and Longevity Creed Neroli Sauvage performs exceptionally well for a citrus-based scent. It offers moderate longevity—typically lasting 6 to 8 hours on the skin, with a fresh, radiant sillage that never overwhelms. This makes it ideal for daytime wear, whether you're heading to the office, enjoying a summer lunch outdoors, or traveling through sunny coastlines. It’s a scent that feels light but leaves a memorable impression—something that people will associate with cleanliness, elegance, and easy charm. Who Should Wear Creed Neroli Sauvage?
