Description No Bloating Usage Guide Ingredients PERFECT AMINO® CREATINE Energy, Performance, Endurance & Recovery for explosive strength in workouts and maximum lean muscle creation — without the bloat. PerfectAmino Creatine was created to work synergistically with PerfectAmino to raise energy levels, boost performance, increase endurance, and provide faster fuller recoveries for maximal lean muscle creation and muscle fullness — without the bloating or cramping other creatine powders can cause. It utilizes pure 200 mesh, micronized creatine (the gentlest and smallest form of creatine) to ensure it fully dissolves for the most complete absorption, ensuring no digestive discomfort. And by enhancing our Creatine with 2 grams of PerfectAmino, we speed creatine uptake, while accelerating protein synthesis for muscular repair. Each serving contains 5 grams of pure 200 mesh, micronized creatine monohydrate, the most effective form of creatine there is, along with 2 grams of PerfectAmino. It’s available in both tablet and powder form. HOW PERFECT AMINO CREATINE WORKS Our muscles run on an energy form known as ATP (Adenosine Triphosphate). This is the final energy form created and used by our cells to operate after all nutrients from our food have been absorbed by our cells. During intense exercise our stores of ATP energy are used up quickly, in just a few seconds, and to keep going, our cells need to be able to generate more ATP — fast. Creatine is naturally produced by the body as phosphocreatine. This is used by our cells to rapidly generate more ATP energy, and to do this continuously during a workout or exercise. But our cells can only make and hold so much phosphocreatine naturally. When it’s gone, we quickly run out of energy. But when we supplement with creatine, we increase the amount of phosphocreatine our cells can make and hold. This leads to more energy creation for longer more intense workouts. So we get more explosive strength, more repetitions before fatigue, and faster recovery between sets during a workout allowing us to train harder and longer. As creatine pulls water into our muscle cells, we also get larger muscle volume, which stimulates increased protein synthesis. But while creatine increases energy levels for performance and stimulates protein synthesis, it doesn’t directly supply the essential amino acids needed for protein synthesis and muscle repair. And without these essential amino acids being present during the workout, this heightened performance can actually lead to muscle breakdown. That’s where PerfectAmino comes in. The Synergy Of Creatine & PerfectAmino For performance, endurance and recovery we need both Creatine and Essential Amino acids. PerfectAmino stimulates protein synthesis, causing our cells to be more 'receptive' to nutrients, including creatine. Taken along with light carbs, these help to drive creatine into the muscle. Then the increased creatine helps pull in the essential amino acids in PerfectAmino. This goes back and forth with each causing the other to draw itself into the muscle for maximal effect. This is why we’ve added 2 grams of PerfectAmino to PerfectAmino Creatine. PerfectAmino provides the building blocks of protein to help accelerate the repair of micro-tears created by the workout. As it’s absorbed within approximately 23 minutes for most, it actually helps repair these micro-tears as they occur, as well as after, leading to more endurance during the workout. So creatine reduces fatigue between sets while PerfectAmino accelerates muscle repair. If we were to train harder due to the energy and performance provided by Creatine, but without the essential amino acids necessary for muscular repair, we would get muscular catabolism — breakdown of muscle tissue. And more of the creatine we took would go toward preventing muscle loss instead of staying on target for muscle creation. But with Creatine drawing water into the cells, an anabolic signal (muscle creation), plus PerfectAmino to synthesize new protein quickly for muscle repair, we get an enhanced anabolic state for maximal muscle creation. So creatine boosts energy, performance and endurance, PerfectAmino accelerates repair and growth, and together they speed recovery, reduce fatigue and soreness, and maximize lean muscle creation. When this occurs inside of our muscles, it improves strength, performance, recovery and muscle fullness. But when it happens while it’s still in our small intestine, it pulls in water there, causing bloating and even cramps or loose stools. This happens much more with other creatines as they are only 80 mesh (larger particles), or not micronized to a standard (largest particles), causing them to take much longer to dissolve. And if they haven’t fully dissolved, they’re not small enough to pass through the walls of the small intestine and into our body. So they sit there, pulling in water and causing bloating and sometimes cramps. This can also lead to some of the creatine passing down into our large intestine, wasting it as it never arrives at our muscles. Beyond this, the longer undissolved creatine sits in the small intestine, the more it can cause gut bacteria to start fermenting, leading to gas and, potentially, cramps. As PerfectAmino Creatine is micronized to 200 mesh (the smallest particles), it dissolves much more easily, so it’s absorbed much faster from the small intestine and gets to our muscle cells for improved recovery and performance. To ensure absolutely no bloating, mix PerfectAmino Creatine until it is fully dissolved before drinking. This way we get the fastest uptake and the best results. Note: For tablets, the coating is designed to dissolve in the stomach, allowing the tablet to fully dissolve and absorb in the gut. Creatine helps bring intracellular water into our muscles. This assists in recovery, strength performance and fullness. But how we use it, and how much we take determines its effectiveness and results. Creatine works through muscle saturation. But that saturation is not immediate. So instead of taking it before a workout, we take it afterwards. After a workout is when creatine uptake is at its highest point. Then, it’s present the next day for your workout and after your workout you take it again. It should also be taken with PerfectAmino Electrolytes for the best results. These electrolytes can be taken during your workout for hydration and energy, or right after the workout along with PerfectAmino Creatine. Electrolytes are necessary for creatine to be absorbed. Ensuring Maximum Absorption To ensure no bloating or digestive discomfort, stir creatine into warm water or liquid. It dissolves faster than in cold water. Then, let it sit for a minute, and then stir it again. We want to be sure it’s fully dissolved. In tablet form, the coating is designed to dissolve in the stomach, allowing the tablet to fully break down and absorb efficiently in the gut. Taking PerfectAmino With PerfectAmino Creatine While most will take two servings of PerfectAmino before a workout, many also take another serving after a workout for maximal recovery and muscle growth. If you don’t, that’s fine. We’ve taken two servings of PA before (10 grams), and with PerfectAmino Creatine and PerfectAmino Electrolytes, each containing 2 grams of PerfectAmino, we’ve added another 4 grams. But if it’s been a longer or more intense workout, adding another serving of PerfectAmino here can be quite helpful. Creatine Loading If one is not already taking creatine there is a muscle saturation period during which the amount of creatine builds up in the muscles. If one takes just one serving per day this saturation period can take 3-4 weeks. That’s why many, when first starting creatine, go through a loading phase, taking 4 servings per day (20 grams), spaced out through the day, for approximately 5-7 days. Just ensure that you do space these servings out during the day, one serving at a time. At that point muscles should be fully saturated and 1 serving per day is enough to keep them saturated. Take PerfectAmino Creatine Every Day Creatine works through saturation. That’s why whether we’re on a workout day or an off day we need to take a serving of PerfectAmino creatine to keep our muscles saturated. Remember, our muscles are recovering during these off days and the creatine present is being used.
