Creatine | Pure Creatine Monohydrate

Pure creatine monohydrate is derived from Creapure®. Most creatine is sourced from China, but our creatine is sourced from Germany with zero additives. It is the most widely studied form of creatine and proven to be safe and effective. Creatine, which occurs naturally in the body, plays a crucial role in the body’s energy metabolism. Creatine is used as an energy source and hydrates the muscle cells allowing for faster recovery and faster tissue repair.  Although the body produces Creatine and eating meat can help meet our body's requirements, with a loss of 1-2% of creatine daily, it may only provide maintenance levels of creatine. Creapure® is vegan, kosher, halal certified, and IFS FOOD certified. Practical Application Supports the body's ability to respond to workouts and sports that require repeated bursts of maximum power.*  Supports age related muscle loss, strength and mental activity.* Supports brain function, sleep, bone health.* Supports vegan and vegetarian diets or those who consume a diet low in meat.* Directions For best results, mix 3–5 grams of Creapure® creatine monohydrate in water, juice, Optimal Aminos, or in a smoothie, in the morning or pre workout. No loading phase is required. It can be used daily and on non-workout days.  For more tips on how to take Creatine and when, check out this post. Storage Use only if bottle is sealed.
