Creatine + Aminos

A foundational performance formula built for strength, energy, recovery and resilience. This product includes Creatine and Aminos for lean muscle and recovery, elevATP® for clean cellular energy and Organic Beetroot for oxygen and circulation.  What's inside. Creavitalis® is a micronized Creatine Monohydrate from Germany, prized for the highest purity and 99.9% absorption (bioavailability).  Creatine supports more than physical strength. It plays a critical role in brain energy metabolism, helping regenerate ATP — the primary fuel for neuronal activity. When cognitive demand is high, adequate ATP availability supports focus, processing speed, and mental endurance. Research shows creatine can help maintain cognitive performance under stress, including periods of sleep deprivation, intense workload, or fatigue. By supporting cellular energy in the brain, creatine contributes to mental clarity, emotional regulation, and sustained concentration — without stimulation or crashes. A complete spectrum of clinically studied Essential Amino Acids - supplies the raw materials for muscle repair, lean mass, and recovery, while quietly supporting cognitive function and metabolic balance. Amino acids are the architecture of the body — the proteins that shape muscle, organs, skin, and connective tissue — constantly breaking down and rebuilding under demand. When essential amino acids are absent, the body draws from muscle to sustain vital function. This formula delivers 100% pure EAAs in our HRD//KLL ratios, preserving lean tissue while supporting ATP production, strength, and recovery. The result is controlled energy, muscle that holds its form, and performance that remains composed — even under pressure. ElevATP® - enhances the body’s own ATP production at the mitochondrial level, improving strength, power, endurance, and work capacity (performance) without stimulants or crashes. Organic Beetroot - supports Nitric Oxide production to promote blood flow, oxygen delivery, and nutrient transport. Organic Maple Sugar - delivers a small, clean carbohydrate source to support rapid uptake, glycogen replenishment, and performance — without artificial sweeteners or fillers. No stimulants. No stevia. Just calm power, clear focus, and a body that moves with intention.   HOW TO USE. Mix one scoop with 8-12 oz of water alone or together with H R D // K L L Pulse for the perfect stack Take as many times as you need  For best results, use consistently Creatine and Aminos. For energy that is controlled and performance that doesn't need to announce itself.   Frequently Asked Questions: What is the percentage breakdown of your proprietary blend of Aminos? L-Leucine 40.35-43.20% L-Lysine 17.41-20.39% L-Valine 9.13-11.89% L-Isoleucine 8.98-11.23% L-Arginine 4.94-8.20% L-Threonine 4.50-7.54% L-Phenylalanine 3.26-5.20% L-Methionine 2.89-3.53% L-Histidine 1.12-1.36% L-Tryptophan .68-.76% Why did we include non-GMO citric acid and non-GMO malic acid in this formula? We used these ingredients to achieve a tart/tangy flavor (similar to the tartness of a lemon).  These are also needed to combat the inherently bitter taste of the amino acids so that we will enjoy the taste and actually drink the aminos and reap the benefits. How is your citric acid made? Our citric acid is made via bacterial fermentation, involving a non-pathogenic yeast strain (Yarrowia lipolytica) and organic sugar.  The yeast consumes the sugar, creating citric acid.  The citric acid is then extracted, purified and powderized.   Many citric acids on the market are created via fermentation using Aspergillus niger.  The fungus metabolizes the sugar, secreting citric acid as a byproduct.  The citric acid is then extracted and purified.  When this type of mold is used to create citric acid, the mold is fully removed from the remaining material, however, some people who are highly sensitive to molds may still have a slight reaction to the finished product. Citric acid benefits: Real lemon juice contains both citric and malic acids, which are partially responsible for the health benefits of lemons. Citric acid is needed to help turn food into energy (essential for ATP synthesis). Natural L-citric acid may support liver detoxification and promote metabolic health Malic acid benefits: Natural L-malic acid (found in many fruits) is also an important component of the Krebs cycle (turning carbohydrates, proteins and fats into ATP). It may improve exercise endurance and may decrease pain and inflammation in those with autoimmune disease. Why did we include a small amount of organic monk fruit in this formula? Amino acids are extremely bitter, and while we normally try to stay away from non-sugar sweeteners, we had a difficult time making this formula taste amazing without monk fruit.  Adding a small amount of some organic monk fruit worked to round out the flavor and make this product taste delicious! Why is there a “warning” on the bag? The Prop 65 statement is required by law when any company sells products in the state of California.  The warning is seen on products that contain ingredients that come from the ground, as these ingredients could contain very trace amounts of metals.  The warning scares and confuses a lot of people, but unfortunately it is the law.  The prop 65 warning is so common in the state of California that it can even be found on every single elevator, parking garage, grocery store, furniture store, organic pasta, lightbulbs, T-shirts, coffee and many nutritional supplements (if they are abiding by the law). The Prop 65 regulation is extremely strict, as California has the strictest heavy metal testing in the world.  For example, fresh spinach naturally contains around 5.2 micrograms of lead in a serving, which exceeds the Prop 65 levels by 10 times!! All of our heavy metal testing has absolutely passed the World Health Organization allowable levels, so we wouldn't need to put the "warning" on the bag but we keep the Prop 65 warning on our products just because we sell in California.     Returns & Refunds:  If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at csaf@hrd2kll.com.
