Creality Hi 3D Printer

Creality Hi 3D Printer   Highlights: Creality Hi: A Wonderful Choice for Multicolor 3D Printing Main Features: Intelligent CFS CFSx4 for up to 16 colors; enabling snap-away supports Hands-off Calibrations Automatic filament reading and leveling. Easy to Start 95% pre-assembled, and includes a thoughtful boot-up guide. Feature-packed Extruder Integrated design, easy to maintain and clog-free. All-metal body Die-cast parts made of aluminum alloy, rigid and stylish. Fast Print Speed Up to 500mm/s with an acceleration of 12000mm/s^2   CFS, A Refined & Integrated Multicolor Solution Auto Identification & Mapping. Auto Filament Switch & Relay. Auto Run-out/Tangle Detection. Moisture-proof Filament Storage Software: Filament Management System in Creality OS Creality Print 5.0 with Multicolor Slicing Ability Hardware: CFS Unit Creality Hi 3D Printer RFID-tagged Filaments (sold separately).    All the Best While Hands-off Auto Bed Leveling & X-axis Tilt Reduction A strain gauge in the toolhead auto-probes the bed for an accurate leveling mesh. Two independently motorized lead screws adjust the X-axis to the horizontal position Filament load & unload now gets even easier with the CFS in play. Simply insert the filament into the feeding tube, and then give a few quick touches. The built-in buzzer will give off corresponding sounds when the print task is finished or paused unexpectedly. No need for your constant attention   Easy from Assembly to First Print Assembly Gets Even Easier Creality Hi is 95% pre-assembled. You can get it going in just 8 minutes after tightening only seven screws and some wiring. It's the most user-friendly bed slinger Creality has ever offered. Fold-away Touch Screen and Camera with Privacy Cap Thoughtful design to offer greater convenience and privacy. Auto Calibration with One Tap Just tap and go—auto-calibration handles everything, no more fiddling with leveling paper. A Much Quieter Experience The operating noise has been tempered by the dynamically balanced fans, the frictionless linear rail, and the smooth linear rods.   Built with Quality in Mind As Steady as It Is Stylish Creality Hi features an all-metal body with unibody parts die-cast out of aluminum alloy. It looks stylish and ensures minimal shaking. The printer also gets a linear rail on the X-axis and two linear rods on the Y-axis. The rigid structure and smooth motion will elevate the print quality considerably. Active Input Shaping Creality Hi owns a proprietary algorithm that can analyze the amplitude of vibrations at different print speeds and generate opposite signals to cancel out the vibrations actively. So, you will get faster prints, less ringing, and smoother surfaces.   Latest Techs for Capable Extrusion Automated Filament Cutter Durable tungsten steel blade and will be magnetically pulled back into position after cutting. Bed Leveling Sensor Upgraded in automation and precision Integrated Nozzle Design Clog-free & quick-swap Run-out Sensor in the Extruder The usage of filament is now monitored more closely and precisely for run-out or breakage. Filaments can be unloaded or switched (with CFS) with less residual waste. Boosted by FOC Step-servo Motors The X and Y axis of Creality Hi are driven by step-servo motors with FOC algorithms. It enables quiet and smooth motion even at a mind-blowing print speed.   Technical Specifications: Creality Hi Build Volume: 260×260×300 mm Frame: Aluminum Alloy Printing Speed: 300 mm/s typical speed; 500 mm/s max speed Acceleration: ≤12000 mm/s² 3D Printer Dimensions: 409 × 392 × 477 mm Printer Package Dimensions: 650 × 460 × 240 mm Combo Package Dimensions: 650 × 460 × 560 mm 3D Printer Net Weight: 8.75 kg Combo Net Weight: 13.31 kg 3D Printer Gross Weight: 11.58 kg Combo Gross Weight: 19.14 kg Build Plate: Two-sided epoxy flexible build plate Filament Heatbed Temperature: ≤ 100 ℃Buffer :Yes Part Cooling Fan: Closed-loop Control Hotend Fan: Closed-loop Control Extruder: Direct drive extruder Hotend: All-metal & integrated Extruder Gears: Steel Nozzle: Durable tri-metal nozzle Nozzle Temperature: ≤300℃ Nozzle Diameter (Default): 0.4 mm Nozzle Diameter (Optional): 0.6 mm、0.8 mm Filament Cutter: Built-in Filament Diameter: 1.75 mm CFS SPECIFICATIONS Product Dimensions: 379 × 314 × 276 mm Product Net Weight: 4.56 kg Input Voltage: DC 24V Rated Power: 20W CFS Connection: ≤ 4 RFID Filament Recognition: Yes Supported Filaments: PLA/PETG/ABS/ASA/PET/PLA-CF *Not compatible with flexible TPU, damp BVOH/PVA, or warped cardboard spools.
