The Crazy Acceleration Jacket is the outer layer of the Acceleration collection, formerly sold as Cervino, and it carries the same intent as the rest of the line: protection where weather actually lands and breathability everywhere else. Panels are placed so wind resistance covers the chest and shoulders while more open fabric handles the back and underarms, which is how a touring jacket stays wearable on a climb instead of getting stripped off after ten minutes. The fit is athletic and Italian, closer than most North American cuts.
