CPE 996/997 LSx Oiling Package (w/ Optional Oil Cooler)

Oil is the lifeblood of all modern day engines and in turn is critical in keeping bearings happy and healthy.  In our application, a front sump oil pan not only keeps the oil moving towards the pickup upon acceleration but equipped w/ trap doors and baffling within the sump mitigates such from sloshing around or moving away from the pickup during aggressive cornering, hard braking and/or complete deceleration whether on street or track!  IF mounting your engine in the foremost (1” forward position), such is required for proper sway bar clearance.  Designed by/proprietary to CPE and manufactured by Moroso the 'CPE 996/997 LSx Oiling Package' can be run as a simple oil pan setup or oil pan/oil cooler combo!   'IF selecting w/o oil cooler'   - (1) Oil Filter Block - (1) Front Sump Pan - (1) Front Sump Pickup Tube - (1) CPE Low Profile Oil Pan Dipstick - (1) Porsche Oil Sending Unit Adapter (996 ONLY)   'IF selecting w/ oil cooler' ,the following will be added to the above package ...   - (1) Oil Filter Sandwich Plate - (1) Billet Oil Cooler Manifold - (2) 3/4 NPT -> 3/4 Nipple Fitting - (4) Radium 10an Swivel Banjo Fitting - (1) Porsche Oil Cooler (9a110745010) - (1) Oil Cooler Feed/Return Line Set (Oil) - (2) CPE Coolant Pipe Adapter Fitting (Offset)   NOTE: 996 cars retain the OEM sending unit (Porsche 996.606.203.02) to read oil PSI - NOT INCLUDED.  997 cars utilize GM 19236568 to read oil temperature (OT) - NOT INCLUDED.
