CoyoteVest

The CoyoteVest: Patented Protection for Your Dog The CoyoteVest was created out of necessity after our own tragic experience with a predator. This patented body armor is designed to slow down or prevent surprise attacks from coyotes, aggressive dogs, and birds of prey--giving you the critical time needed to react and save your pet. Why Choose the CoyoteVest? Stab-Resistant Armor: Side panels are reinforced with genuine DuPont™ Kevlar® to withstand sharp canine teeth. Made in the USA: High-quality workmanship using a unique combination of ultra-durable materials. Triple-Threat Defense: * Removable Spikes: Includes chrome neck and back spikes made of hard plastic—sharp enough to hurt a predator, but safe for you to handle. Reflective Features: Stay visible during evening walks. Accessory Compatible: Designed to work perfectly with CoyoteWhiskers and the HawkShield. Weatherproof & Durable: Waterproof fabric with no metal parts to rust. Hand-washable and built to last. Comfort & Fit Highly Adjustable: Features an adjustable waist belt and collar with extra-long straps to accommodate various dog shapes. Easy to Use: Designed for daily use—it's as easy to put on as a standard harness. Leash Attachment: Includes a built-in D-ring for secure leash connection. Sizing Guide The back length is your most important measurement. To get the perfect fit, measure your dog while they are standing (not sitting). Measure in a straight line from the shoulder to the start of the tail--do not follow the curve of the dog's back. Size Back Length Weight Range* Mini 9" 2 – 5 lbs X-Small 10" 5 – 7 lbs Small 13" 6 – 12 lbs Medium 15" 10 – 28 lbs Large 20" 25 – 55 lbs Pro Tip: If you're between sizes, we recommend choosing the smaller size. Still unsure? Send us an email support@coyotevest.com with a side-view photo and your measurements, and we’ll help you choose! Care Note: Air dry in the shade. Fluorescent colors (like Orange) may fade over time in the sun, similar to high-visibility safety gear; this does not affect the vest's integrity. Notes: *XS, XXS vests have 1 row of collar spikes. *Patent Number: US20180177155A1, #10264763, #9901074
