Cowboy Red-Eye BBQ Rub

Cowboy Red-Eye BBQ Rub - This is a modern barbecue rub twist on a classic cowboy red-eye gravy.  It has the flavors of hickory and espresso salts, chiles, spices and herbs.  This is one of our favors because the espresso sea salt combined with the sugar, chile and spices gives the rub am interesting complex BBQ flavor.
