Cottonwood - House Plan

The Cottonwood is a unique 3 bedroom farmhouse ranch plan featuring dual porches, a sizable bonus room and a split bedroom layout.  This house plan features a covered walkway from the side driveway connecting the 2 car garage to the main front porch.  Ornamental dormers and a nested gable roofline add interest to the farmhouse style architecture. The main foyer connects a guest bathroom with the mud room which houses the laundry closet and a full sized stairway to the expansive second story bonus room.  To the rear center, the open living space features a living room (with fireplace), kitchen and dining area.  A rear dining porch accessed off of the kitchen features an optional fireplace and covered walkway that can be configured with open hardscaping or a deck.  A split bedroom layout places the secondary bedrooms on the right with an integrated study nook, perfect for children.  The primary bed suite has dual walk-in closets and dual secondary closets for tons of storage space, as well as a luxurious en-suite bathroom.
