A correctly shaped RH housing keeps the beam aimed properly, reduces light cutoffs, and ensures the seal surfaces align so moisture and dust stay out of the headlight cavity. This means easier inspection, less fiddling with alignment, and a cleaner underhood or enginebay appearance when you’re finished. Ideal for 1963–1967 Corvette owners performing full or partial restorations Body shops and restoration hobbyists needing accurate, rightside replacement components Projects where preserving original geometry and look is essential How this part stacks up against alternatives Compared with generic shells, this RH housing is shaped to maintain the original curvature and mounting geometry, so the headlight assembly and bezel sit flush with the fender and grille. That means fewer gaps, easier alignment, and a more authentic finished appearance. Installation and care tips Before starting, verify your existing RH headlight assembly and bezel are compatible with the replacement housing. Remove the damaged housing, taking care not to disturb adjacent wiring or seals. Position the new RH housing, align mounting points with the chassis and fender openings, and secure with the original fasteners. Reconnect the headlight assembly and verify operation. Adjust the aim according to your local regulations for safe nighttime visibility. Inspect seals and weatherstrips; replace any cracked gaskets to maintain moisture resistance. With this RightHand headlight housing, your 1963–1967 Corvette gains a dependable foundation for its lighting system, contributing to a clean, showroomready look and safer nighttime driving.
