Erik Jørgensen Corona Swivel Lounge Chair

Poul M. Volther was one of his times’ greatest exponents of functionalism and belonged to a generation of architects with roots in the furniture industry. Poul M. Volther loved the simple processing of fine materials and details. Over time, the Corona chair became Volther’s most popular furniture. It beautifully demonstrates the designer’s love for functionality. The chair is built of four fully padded rounded shells, which clearly shows Volther’s sense of detail and high level of craftsmanship.
