Cornmint Blendable Essential Oil

Cornmint Blendable Essential Oil Crisp, Cooling, & Sweet Capture the icy, invigorating essence of pure wild mint. This single-note Essential Oil delivers an immediate, cooling burst of crisp mint with an underlying herbaceous sweetness. Often boasting a higher menthol content than traditional peppermint, this pure botanical extract acts as a highly volatile, high-impact opening statement that adds a refreshing, clarifying chill to your custom creations. The Anatomy of a Blend Master the art of formulation by understanding the volatility and evaporation rates of your ingredients. The Hook Top Notes The bright, volatile introduction to your product. These are the lightest molecules that provide the immediate first impression, but evaporate the quickest. Use them to create an uplifting, sharp opening. Citrus Mint Fresh Light Fruits The Heart Middle Notes The well-rounded core of your fragrance. As the top notes fade, the heart notes emerge to mask any sharp edges. They make up the main body of the blend and drive the overall theme of the scent. Floral Herbal Spice Green The Anchor Base Notes The deep, heavy finish. These large, slow-evaporating molecules linger on the skin long after application. They act as a fixative, anchoring the top and middle notes to prevent them from fading too quickly. Woody Resin Vanilla Musk Pyramid Placement Top Note (20%) – Cornmint Middle Note (50%) Base Note (30%) In custom formulation, Cornmint serves as an exceptionally bright Top Note (The Hook). It provides a highly volatile, cooling opening that immediately awakens the senses. Its sweet, icy profile allows it to cut through dense, earthy base notes or add a refreshing, spa-like lift to herbaceous and floral heart notes without smelling overly medicinal.
