SQM CORNED BEEF-  Is always a favorite!   A staple for New England Boiled Dinners and St. Patty's Day celebrations.  Our corned beef is "Red" made from large grass-fed beef cuts and brined for 6+ weeks.   • Small up to 2 lbs   • Medium 2-3.5 lbs • Large 3.5-5 lbs  • XLarge 5-6.5 lbs  • Jumbo 6.5-8 lbs  • Full Corned Beef 8-10 lbs  *For special requests for special cutting instructions or larger cuts, contact the farm directly.
