Corn Silk (Zea mays) Corn silk is the fibers that are attached to an ear of corn. It is primarily used as a diuretic to treat bladder infections, urinary tract inflammation, and to help control blood sugar levels. Corn Silk may also improve the circulatory system by helping to lower high blood pressure. Additionally, it contains a variety of proteins, carbohydrates, vitamins, and minerals. 15 drops in water or juice, three times per day, six days per week Shake well before using.
