This luxurious wax captures the warm, spicy, and slightly citrus aroma of coriander seeds, while preserving their rich natural waxes, lipids, and antioxidants. Unlike distilled essential oil, which isolates volatile components, CO₂ extraction retains both aromatic molecules and non-volatile bioactives — including fatty acids, phytosterols, and natural wax esters. The result is a semi-solid, golden wax that unites fragrance, skincare function, and therapeutic depth in one sophisticated material. Used in natural perfumery, holistic skincare, and aromatherapy, Coriander Seed CO₂ Wax embodies warmth, balance, and creative energy — a scent of comfort, harmony, and inner vitality. Coriandrum sativum, known commonly as Coriander or Cilantro, has been cultivated for over 3,000 years across the Mediterranean, Middle East, and India. Its seeds, unlike the herb’s green leaves, have a sweet-spicy aroma with subtle citrus and woody facets. Through supercritical CO₂ extraction, the dried seeds are processed with carbon dioxide under precise conditions of pressure and temperature. This method gently extracts both volatile aromatic oils and heavier, non-volatile compounds — without using hexane, ethanol, or heat, preserving purity and aroma integrity. The resulting Coriander Seed CO₂ Wax is amber to golden brown, semi-solid at room temperature, and emits a spicy, woody, and slightly citrus fragrance. It is 100% pure, solvent-free, and biodegradable, making it perfect for clean beauty and natural perfumery formulations. Aromatic Profile The scent of Coriander Seed CO₂ Wax is warm, spicy, and slightly sweet, with a delicate blend of woody, balsamic, and citrus notes. It opens with sparkling top notes of lemon and orange zest, transitions into a spicy, peppery heart, and finishes with a soft, woody base reminiscent of cedar and amber. Its aroma is simultaneously energizing and comforting, elegant and understated — a perfect balance of warmth and freshness. In perfumery, it acts as a heart-to-base note, lending complexity and longevity. It harmonizes beautifully with: Citrus oils: bergamot, lime, mandarin. Florals: rose, neroli, ylang-ylang, lavender. Woods and resins: cedarwood, frankincense, benzoin, vetiver. Spices: cardamom, black pepper, nutmeg. It is a key ingredient in oriental, fougère, woody, and citrus-spice accords, where it adds sophistication, sensuality, and warmth. Its fixative quality helps balance and prolong delicate top notes.
