Core Tackle Shimmy Rig

The Core Tackle Shimmy Rig gives soft plastic minnows and worms an irresistible shimmy action on the fall. With some soft plastics, it can also make the bait vibrate as you reel it in! Give shallow and deep fish a presentation they’ve never seen before. Engineered to give your soft-plastic minnow or worm a tantalizing shimmy on the fall, the Core Tackle Shimmy Rig is ideal for blind casting or presenting to suspended fish on forward-facing sonar. Armed with a razor-sharp hook and vertical line tie for perfect presentations away from the boat or directly underneath it, the Shimmy Rig incorporates a weighted head and separate cylindrical belly weight with an integrated loop for attaching a blade or stinger hook. Equipped with a wire bait keeper for a firm hold of your favorite soft plastics, the Shimmy Rig’s uniquely weighted design can also give some baits an attractive vibrating action when reeled. Perfect for finicky bass and pressured fisheries, the Core Tackle Shimmy Rig is a truly innovative addition to any tackle box.
