Core Long Sleeve

The Core Long Sleeve by Forme® is an FDA-registered powerful posture corrector that improves your alignment and effectively treats neck, back and shoulder pains commonly associated with spinal disorders. This versatile long sleeve features the same patented posture correcting technology and soft, eco-friendly fabric as the best-selling Core Tee. Using muscle memory engagement and proprioception training technology, Forme® keeps your shoulders back and down, opening your diaphragm and training your body to stay in alignment for enhanced performance and easier recovery. Designed by an orthopedic surgeon to help his mother battle poor posture and compressed lungs from cancer, Forme® will transform your whole body alignment, giving you posture that allows you to perform, think, and live at your highest potential. If you feel pressure in the underarm area, size up or wear Forme® over a light tee for a few days to allow body adaptation. For full body alignment, pair with the Ergo Short and Arch Booster Sock or Ankle Guard Sock. Please refer to our Health Benefits page for help with musculoskeletal disorders.
