The Corduroy Dachshund Cave Bed gives that instinct a proper home: a soft ribbed tunnel with a plush lining inside and a snap-open front that folds flat whenever your doxie wants the view instead. ribbed corduroy shell with a thick plush lining three colors: purple, green and beige two sizes: S 45 x 30 x 19 cm / 17.7 x 11.8 x 7.5 in, L 57 x 37 x 28 cm / 22.4 x 14.6 x 11 in snap fastener converts the cave into an open mat bed removable inner cushion, machine washable padded walls hold their shape instead of collapsing non-slip base keeps it in one place on hard floors Why do we ❤️ the Corduroy Dachshund Cave Bed? Burrowing is not a quirk, it is the breed Dachshunds were bred to dive into badger dens, and that wiring never left. It is why your dog disappears under the duvet every night and why a flat open bed rarely gets used. This one is built as a tunnel from the start, so instead of dragging blankets around the house your wiener dog just walks in, turns around twice, and settles. Two beds in one snap The front panel closes with a single magnetic snap. Closed, it is a dim little cave for winter nights and thunderstorms. Popped open, the panel folds down into a flat cushioned mat, which is what most dogs want in summer or when they need to keep an eye on the kitchen. No second bed to buy, no seasonal storage. Support along the whole back A long spine needs even support, and a sagging bed base is the opposite of that. The padded walls here are firm enough to hold the arch of the tunnel without pressing in, and the inner cushion is thick enough to lift your dachshund off a cold floor. For seniors and any pup with a history of back trouble, that flat, well-padded base matters more than fluff. Made for real life with dogs The inner cushion pulls out and goes straight in the washing machine, which is the part that gets hair, dust and the occasional muddy paw. Corduroy hides shed hair better than smooth fabric and brushes clean in seconds. S at 45 x 30 x 19 cm suits a standard dachshund who likes a snug fit, L at 57 x 37 x 28 cm gives room to stretch out or share with a sibling.
