CoralVue 200-Micron Mesh Drawstring Filter Sock

Keep your aquarium clean with CoralVue Draw String Mesh Filter Socks, available in two sizes.   200-Micron Mesh Filter Sock with Draw String Filter socks are an essential part of an aquarium's filtration process. They work as the first filtration stage by capturing food debris, organic waste, dust, and other small particles from the aquarium water. This improves the water quality and decreases the frequency of pump maintenance and sump cleaning. The filter socks also help reduce the build-up of ammonia and nitrate-producing organic waste by removing it from the system. Regular use and rotation of filter socks are recommended to keep the aquarium water clean and healthy for its inhabitants. Mesh bags are made of nylon, polypropylene, or polyester. Polyester and polypropylene felt filter bags meet FDA standards for food applications.
