Vintage Mr. Christmas Holiday Fair Mechanical Carousel – TLC / Repair Special

Bring the nostalgic, magical charm of a vintage exhibition into your home with this beautiful Vintage Mr. Christmas Holiday Fair World's Fair Carousel. Known for its exceptional artisan-style craftsmanship, this impressive holiday centerpiece features intricate, hand-painted figures—including carousel horses, winter sleighs, and riders in Victorian-era attire. The base is elegantly adorned with festive holiday wreaths, blue ribbons, and micro-mirror panels set against a deep crimson red background, topped with a matching red and cream starburst canopy flying a green "Happy Holidays" flag. Important Condition & Functionality Notes (Please Read Before Purchasing) This item is being sold in As-Is / Non-Functional condition, making it a fantastic project piece for a vintage holiday collector, a handy electronics technician, or anyone happy to display it as a beautiful static holiday decor piece: Top Canopy Lights Flash Intermittently: The lights lining the top starburst roof structure go in and out / flash when powered. Does NOT Play Music: The built-in music box audio is completely silent and does not play songs when toggled between the Year-Round and Christmas settings. Does NOT Spin / Animate: The inner motor does not turn the carousel platform, and the swings/sleighs remain stationary. Cosmetic Note: The unit shows natural signs of vintage age and dust buildup in the crevices of the hand-painted figures, which adds to its authentic antique character but could benefit from a gentle detailing. Product Highlights Stunning Visual Display: Even statically displayed, the high-gloss hand-painted figures, real center mirrors, and detailed holiday base reliefs look breathtaking on a mantle, side table, or under the Christmas tree. Premium Heavyweight Base: Built on a solid, weighted platform with integrated controls and protective rubber feet to prevent surface scratching. Ideal Hobbyist Project: A highly sought-after mechanical collectible that can be restored to its full market value with some basic mechanical and audio TLC.
