The Adoration of the Lamb: A Medieval Tapestry of Divine Worship RE929462

This tapestry portrays a scene of profound reverence, likely depicting the Adoration of the Lamb. At the center, a lamb lies atop a hill, surrounded by angels in flowing robes who seem to worship and protect it. Saint John, along with a group of figures, stands to the left, observing the sacred event. The rich red background, filled with intricate designs, contrasts beautifully with the softer tones of the figures and the pastoral landscape below, creating a harmonious and deeply spiritual composition.
