Copper John – Red

The Copper John – Red combines the proven fish-catching design of the classic Copper John with a highly visible red wire body that stands out in a variety of water conditions. Built to sink quickly and reach feeding trout, the slim profile, flash wing case, and weighted construction make this pattern an excellent choice for deep runs, pocket water, and tailwaters. The red body provides additional visibility that can trigger aggressive strikes when trout are feeding opportunistically or keying on attractor patterns. Whether fished beneath an indicator, as part of a tight-line setup, or in a multi-fly nymph rig, the Copper John – Red consistently earns a place in productive trout fly boxes.
