Copiapoa hypogaea

Copiapoa hypogaea  A very nice browish to purplish cactus with short spines.  This species is best appreciated close up where you can see the texturing of the plant.  This texture is mostly visual but gives an almost skin like appearance to it.  In fact, these plants come from seeds of a Lizard Skin type.   They will form clumps in time (some available plants are clumping already). Requires general cactus care.  Sensitive to excessive sun.  Protect from frost. You will receive a plant shown in the last image. Plants shown growing in a 3.5" pot. Important Shipping Information PLANTS ARE SHIPPED BARE ROOT If you want me to send them in pots send me a message to discuss. Extra charges due to increased shipping costs will apply. Immediate Payment (eBay only) Sorry! I can no longer offer a delayed purchase option as the multichannel inventory management system I have started using requires this setting. No Delayed Shipping (eBay only) Once you pay I have to (and WILL) ship within 3 business days or eBay will lower my seller rating. I used to have a way to delay shipping but can no longer do this for the same reason as #2 above. Feel free to message me before buying to see if we can figure something out here, no promises though. Winter Shipping If you live in a cold climate consider including a 96 hour heat pack in your order during the cold months. I have them as a listing. Just add it to your order. If you don’t see them just message me. Thank you!
