Copalli Organic Barrel Rested Rum

Copalli Barrel Rested Rum is a premium, handcrafted rum that embodies simplicity, sustainability, and craftsmanship. Using only three pure ingredients—fresh-pressed juice from locally grown organic sugar cane, plus yeast and rainwater—this rum is a reflection of its natural surroundings in the heart of the Belizean rainforest. Distilled at the eco-friendly Copal Tree Distillery, a zero-waste facility, Copalli Rum is proudly made without any added flavors, colors, or additives, ensuring a pure and authentic rum experience. What sets Copalli Barrel Rested Rum apart is its aging process. After being distilled in both column and pot stills, the rum is rested in used American Oak bourbon barrels. These barrels, combined with the unique rainforest climate, impart rich, sweet flavors and complexity to the rum as it matures. The result is a beautifully balanced spirit with notes of caramel, vanilla, and oak, perfectly complemented by the natural sweetness of the sugar cane juice. Whether you enjoy it neat, on the rocks, or in cocktails, Copalli Barrel Rested Rum offers a smooth, rich flavor profile that is both versatile and satisfying. The care taken in its production—from the organic sugar cane to the thoughtful barrel aging—ensures that each sip is a reflection of both nature and craftsmanship.
