Men's Cooling Safety Shirt

Cooling Safety Shirt: Hi-Vis Reflective If you work outdoors in the heat of summer or a hot environment, you’re at risk for heat-related illnesses — from heat rash and heat cramps to heat exhaustion and heatstroke. Thankfully, illness from exposure to heat is often preventable. When your job doesn’t allow you to avoid the heat, a combination of cooling, hydration and sun protection are critical to safety and performance. For Cooling and Sun protection in clothing, look no further than the MISSION Safety Shirt. The Safety Shirt is comfortable and functional — HydroActive™ Wet-to-Cool Technology instantly cools as much as 30 degrees below the average body temperature in 1 minute when you get it wet (with water or sweat). The More You Sweat, the More It Cools OSHA recommends adopting heat-safety best practices: protecting your body from the sun and preventing overheating in dangerously high temperatures. When your job includes heavy physical activity, warm or hot environmental conditions, lack of acclimatization, and wearing clothing that holds in body heat, you’re at a higher risk of heat-related illness. The Safety Shirt includes chemical-free cooling material and is ANSI-Compliant. It absorbs moisture and perspiration into the fabric core. Then the fiber circulates water molecules and regulates evaporation for a prolonged cooling effect. When the HEAT is no longer a factor in your performance, you’ll get more done and you’ll get it done safer. Safety First: Stay Cool & Be Visible There's a reason workers in construction wear bright colors: it enhances your visibility on the job. The Safety Shirt's HI-VIS yellow, light-colored fabric & 360-degree reflective strips provide contrast against your surroundings so you stand out. The proprietary cooling material provides UPF 50+ sun protection. Mesh ventilation side panels add breathability and airflow to keep you cool — even in the sweltering summer heat.
