Perini Ranch Steakhouse: Stories and Recipes For Real Texas Food

Perini Ranch Steakhouse: Stories and Recipes for Real Texas Food By Tom & Lisa Perini Tom and Lisa Perini have teamed up with veteran award-winning cookbook author Cheryl Alters Jamison and acclaimed food photographer Wyatt McSpadden to produce a gorgeous, mouth-watering new cookbook. The new cookbook — which replaces their popular Texas Cowboy Cooking, published in 2000 and now out of print – includes about 100 recipes, 25 sidebar stories, and dozens of exquisite color photographs. The recipes and stories are collected in seven sections: The Cocktail Hour; Salads; Beef; Pork, Bison, Lamb, Chicken, Seafood; Side Dishes; Biscuits and Bread; and, of course, Desserts. Readers will find most of their Perini favorites in the new book along with a number of new recipes and altogether new stories, including “Our Most Memorable Catering Job” – at the White House on Sept. 11, 2001. 192 pages. Full color photography. Oversized. Autographed.
