Cookbook Bundle

Are you the chef in the family? This bundle is for you! Featuring our traditional La Posta Cook Book, Authentic Medium Salsa, Sun Dried Red Chile Sauce, and Green Chile Sauce, you're sure to impress at the dinner table. Whether you're looking for new recipes to try or for the perfect gift for friends or family, consider this our all-in-one solution! This original version of the La Posta de Mesilla Cook Book was created in 1971 by our beloved founder, Katy. On September 16, 1939, an entrepreneurial 25 year old Katy Griggs opened her “little chile joint” and named it La Posta. We honor her generations later and are proud to share her legacy by offering this cook book online for shipping nationwide. Our best-selling Authentic Medium Salsa offers a balanced blend of traditional flavors and subtle heat, perfect for those who prefer a milder bite. Our Sun Dried Red Chile Sauce offers a rich, earthy taste that's perfect for huevos rancheros, posole, and other Southwestern favorites. The Green Chile Sauce brings the true taste of the Southwest to your table, and it's perfect for those who love bold, versatile flavors. Crafted using New Mexico's Finest Ingredients La Posta de Mesilla is located in the heart of southern New Mexico, a region fondly known as the chile capital of the world. All La Posta Chile Co. products are crafted with the same care and tradition that's been associated with our restaurant since 1939. Quality ingredients are a source of pride for all of our products and our use of the world-renowned Hatch chile peppers ensures you can enjoy a taste of southwestern flare from anywhere. Each pack includes 1 La Posta Cook Book,  1-16 oz. jar of La Posta Chile Co. Authentic Medium Salsa, 1-16 oz. jar Sun Dried Red Chile Sauce, and 1-16 oz. jar Green Chile Sauce
