Convex Radius Disc – Guitar Bridge Sanding Block

Developed with Robbie O’Brien of O’Brien Guitars, this tool allows you to sand the bottom of a guitar bridge to perfectly match the radius of your guitar top. Clamp it to your bench and get a clean, accurate fit without risking damage to the instrument. Key Features: Designed with Robbie O’Brien (O’Brien Guitars) Sands bridge bottoms to match guitar top radius CNC-machined for accuracy and consistency Bench-clamp design for stability and control Reduces risk of damaging the guitar top Includes 10" 80-grit sanding disc How It Works: Clamp the Convex Radius Disc securely to your bench. Using light, even pressure, move the bridge across the sanding surface. Because the disc is machined to the same radius as your top, the bridge bottom is shaped to match—giving you a tight, accurate fit without guesswork. No balancing on the guitar. No risk to your top. Just a clean, controlled process.
