Designer Story – Carlos Solano Carlos Solano’s approach to design is rooted in the balance that defines mid-century modernism, simple forms elevated by rich, honest materials. Each piece begins with these timeless principles but is thoughtfully adapted for modern living. His design language is marked by architectural lines, natural materials, and a quiet restraint, where a single thoughtful detail can define the whole. The Studio Originals collection embodies this philosophy. Conceived to offer timeless mid-century foundations, each piece invites clients to make it their own through bespoke customization. No two spaces or clients are alike, and this adaptability ensures every design feels both personal and enduring. Handcrafted in Connecticut, serving clients in CT, NY and NJ, and nationwide.
