CONTROL 12.5 mm

High-strength, low stretch kernmantle rope with excellent handling for tree care The CONTROL 12.5 mm low stretch kernmantle rope is designed for tree care. The large diameter provides great strength and excellent grip. EverFlex technology provides great flexibility and excellent handling over time. It comes with a splice at one or two ends, for optimal rope glide through devices like a friction saver or pulley, and through tree branches. With a small splice, the rope can pass through the friction chain of the ZIGZAG and ZIGZAG PLUS mechanical Prusiks. The rope is available in two colors and three lengths with one splice, and one length with two splices. Description Rope designed for tree care: - Patented splice at one or two ends for easier rope glide through devices like a friction saver or pulley, and through tree branches - Small splice allows the rope to pass through the friction chain of the ZIGZAG and ZIGZAG PLUS mechanical Prusiks The large diameter provides great strength and excellent grip Consistent performance over time: - 100% polyester double weave construction - EverFlex technology provides great flexibility over time and under a variety of conditions (water, dust, mud), allowing it to maintain excellent handling and optimal performance with devices Available in two colors (green and orange), to help easily identify different work ropes Standard lengths: 35, 45, and 60 meters with one splice, and 45 meters with two splices Specifications Diameter: 12,5 mm Material(s): Polyester Certification(s): CE EN 1891 type A, ANSI Z133 Weight per meter: 115 g Strength: 30 kN Strength tied with figure-eight knot: 15 kN Strength with splice: 19 kN Impact force (factor 0,3): 5,2 kN Number of factor 1 falls: 8 Construction: 24 carrier Percentage of sheath: 62 % Static elongation: 3,1 % References References R080EA00 R080EA01 R080EA02 R080EA03 R080EA04 R080EA05 Length 35 m 35 m 45 m 45 m 60 m 60 m Color(s) Green Orange Green Orange Green Orange 1 splice 1 splice 1 splice 1 splice 1 splice 1 splice Guarantee 3 years 3 years 3 years 3 years 3 years 3 years Inner Pack Count 1 1 1 1 1 1 Price $199.95 $199.95 $239.95 $239.95 $304.95 $304.95 References R080DA00 R080DA01 Length 45 m 45 m Color(s) Green Orange 2 splices 2 splices Guarantee 3 years 3 years Inner Pack Count 1 1 Price $269.95 $269.95 Technical notice Download the PDF : technical-notice-FLOW-CONTROL-2 - 2.94 MB Declaration Of Conformity Download the PDF : UE-Declaration-R080DA-R080EA-R080AC-R080BC-R080CC-CONTROL 12.5 - 0.38 MB Tips for maintaining your equipment Download the PDF - 2.33 MB PPE inspection procedure  Download the PDF - 0.84 MB PPE checklist Download the PDF - 0.21 MB
