ABOUT THE COLLECTION Hunt Country October 2023 The region I grew up in is perpetually inspiring to me. As Many pieces have seemingly bubbled from my subconscious. This October collection is particularly quiet and contemplative. Maintaining Lydia's typical saturated color and dramatic light the world is still and the sound of the leaves rushing in the wind slowly at first and then the gust is heard throughout this group. A glance at a lone fox. Seldom depicted in Lydia's full scenery, the fox is quick and illusive and yet here- he is still and strong. The fox's direct gaze captures the viewers attention; how could he be missed? ORIGINAL ARTWORK: Each original painting has been painted on 300 lb hand torn French watercolor paper with a variety of high quality pigments that show off the brilliant color of each location. The paper and the pigment come together to give a truly unique artwork. There is only one of each. SIZING Original approximately 6” x 8
